Warranty

Although all cabinets undergo extensive quality control, it can happen that a cabinet is not perfectly adjusted or becomes defective. In that case you can of course count on us.

Our standard cabinets (self-assembly kits) come with a 2-year warranty. With the purchase of a premium TV lift cabinet you get a 5-year warranty as standard.

But even when something arises after this period, we are not entirely out of the picture and we are happy to help. Contact us so we can offer a suitable solution. We are a small and ambitious company and above all we want our customers to be happy with their TV lift cabinet — so if something is up: ring the bell and we will help you within all reasonable limits.

Returns

Want to return a product? Contact us by phone at 073 822 9230 or [email protected]. The standard right of return applies to our standard products. This means you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. In this case we do charge pickup costs.

For our premium cabinets the right of withdrawal does not apply. These are custom-made products entirely to your wishes and to order, and we cannot easily offer them to another customer in case of a return. If you are really unhappy with the premium cabinet: let us know. Perhaps we can adapt it for you by applying different doors or a different colour. We will arrange this on reasonable terms and at reasonable cost. For more info, contact us.

How can I return my cabinet?

In case of a return, contact us. We will then arrange for the cabinet to be picked up by our transport partner. There are costs involved. You can also return the cabinet yourself to our address in Veghel. In any case, please make sure the cabinet is carefully packed so no damage can occur.

Conditions and exceptions

If you return a cabinet, you must include all delivered accessories. The cabinet must be in original condition and undamaged — we will check the cabinets on arrival. If damage occurs during return transport, this is the customer's responsibility. For return shipments the customer must ensure the package is properly protected and packed. If a cabinet unfortunately arrives back damaged, we will charge costs for this. It is possible that these costs equal the purchase amount.
